Cindi
Zimmermann
Three-year term, ending June 2010
Cindi is a graduate of Iowa State University and has worked at Pioneer Hi-Bred,
International, Inc., for the past 23 years. She is currently a senior
research associate in the Food & Feed Research group at Pioneer. Cindi
and her husband, Rick, have 2 daughters, Maggie and Rachel, attending
North Polk. They live on an acreage north of Big Creek.
Cindi has been an active member of North Polk's PTA, acting as treasurer and
Fun Night chair, and has been involved with Central's Learning Garden. She
is also a member of the Athletic Boosters and Music Boosters. Cindi is
involved in the community as a Girl Scout leader, youth basketball coach, a
member of the 4H Club Committee, and a Sunday School teacher at Bethlehem Lutheran
Church. She joined the North Polk School Foundation in 2008.
